Please note that once you booked an appointment with us it means that we reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of a 24-hour notice. If canceling within the 24-hour window of your appointment, a 25% fee of scheduled services is charged. If you do not show up for your appointment, a 50% fee of your scheduled service is charged.<\/p>

Appointments made within 24 hours not kept will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service amount.<\/p>

For group appointments (3 or more), deposit are non-refundable if appointments are not canceled 72-hour prior to your appointments.<\/p>
