SHOE FREE ZONE
Place shoes in shoe lockers located to the right as you enter past the reception desk. Sanitized slippers will be provided.
Before using any of the spa facilities, please shower first. Showers are located along the right side as you enter the wet spa area.
Any perspiration should be removed before entering the pools after your sauna session.
USE A TOWEL
Use a towel when sitting inside the saunas.
WET ROOM TREATMENTS
Wet room treatments must be performed on damp skin for best results. Please wait inside any of the warm pools or steam saunas for the therapist to come escort you for your treatment.
PRIVATE ROOM TREATMENT
Waiting area is located next to the Halotherapy Salt Sauna room before the restrooms.
If you have long hair, please use a hair tie to tie it back. Hair ties available upon request.
15 MINUTES SPA TIME
For the use of pools, saunas and detox rooms, a maximum of 15 minutes is recommended for each session. Exceeding more than this may cause dizziness, fainting, or nausea. Always keep yourself hydrated. Complimentary bottled and fruit infused water is available to guests.
PLEASE OBSERVE SILENCE
Be courteous to other guests by observing silence inside the spa area.
KEEP VALUABLES AT HOME
If you do have something you wouldn’t feel secure leaving in your locker, please ask the reception desk for use of a safety deposit box.
TURN IN YOUR LOCKER KEY
Return your locker key after your spa experiences.
If you are not feeling well, stay home.
DO NOT USE ELECTRONIC DEVICES IN THE SPA
You may only receive phone calls in the courtyard area. Otherwise, please keep your phones silent or on off mode.
NO READING, EATING, OR DRINKING
There is no reading, eating, or drinking allowed inside the pools or saunas.
NO SWIMSUITS OR UNDERGARMENTS
Robes will be provided for your personal use. No swimsuits or undergarments should be worn.
No such glassware may be brought inside the spa. This includes glass water bottles or glass cosmetic bottles of any kind.
DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES UNATTENDED
We are not responsible for the loss of your personal items.
Shaving prior to your wet spa treatment is not recommended as this may cause skin irritation.
DO NOT EAT INSIDE SPA
No food is permitted inside the spa. There are dining areas at the Veranda and indoor lounge. Guests may order an unlimited array of cuisines from our nearby restaurants and have them delivered to the reception desk.
Do not use the spa if you have any of the following conditions: pregnant (or you suspect you might be), high or low blood pressure, heart condition, respiratory condition, or any other type of medical condition that might react to heat. We also do not recommend a visit to the spa during your menstrual cycle.
- To achieve the utmost level of experience and service, starting from October 1st, 2021, we no longer offer daily spa passes. However, for guests who purchased spa passes prior to March 17th, 2020, we will gladly honor them.
- Daily spa passes previously purchased cannot be used in conjunction with any treatment services and cannot be combined with other offers/specials.
- All spa passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
To secure the safety of our guests and staff, please call or book an appointment online. Please be advised, all spa guests must provide either proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of spa visit.
For same day appointments guests will be required to bring their vaccination card or a negative COVID-19 test result to the spa. A COVID questionnaire should also be completed upon arriving to the spa.

Please note that once you booked an appointment with us it means that we reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of a 24-hour notice. If canceling within the 24-hour window of your appointment, a 25% fee of scheduled services is charged. If you do not show up for your appointment, a 50% fee of your scheduled service is charged.
Appointments made within 24 hours may instead be canceled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the service amount.
As a courtesy, we will send a confirmation text and/or email before your appointment. If we are unable to reach you, please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.
All appointments begin and end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. If you arrive over 5 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to cancel your service. If we do not hear from you, it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your treatment and therapist. That’s why we have a Client Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied within the first 10 minutes of your treatment, you may express your concerns or expectations to our staff. If you would like to stop the treatment at this time, we will then either try to replace the therapist or reschedule your appointment.
We are open for business 6 days a week.

We recommend that you arrive 45 minutes before your first scheduled appointment to relax, familiarize yourself with the facilities, and experience our bathing ritual. All treatments end on time, regardless of start time. Please try to leave jewelry and other valuables at home. For your peace and privacy, cell phones and other electronics are not encouraged. Please consider the sanctuary of our other guests if you take calls. No external music is permitted in the spa facility. You will be guided to our locker room on arrival, where you will have the use of a robe and slippers for the day.
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to your spa bill. This is a gratuity for your provider. Gratuities for exceptional service can be added to your bill, upon checkout. Rates are subject to change. Occasionally, not all services may be available.
Guests may order an unlimited array of cuisines from our nearby restaurants with an exception of alcohol and relax in the veranda while eating, playing games, reading books, working on your laptop or socializing with others. The steps are as follows:

Olympic Spa is an adult, woman sanctuary. Guests must be 18 or older to enter.
Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking. Consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after spa treatments is not recommended as the effects of alcohol will increase with the heat from the heated saunas and pools.
Preventative Measures We Take Against COVID-19
Our mission is to always look after our customer’s well-being, so we run a temperature check before entering the facility and require masks before entry and in common areas. We have a limited entrance capacity, and we continuously sanitize the entire spa. Masks are not required inside saunas or baths.
